A Very Veggie Weekend

A favorite uncle is coming to visit and he just so happens to be a vegetarian.  I had to think through our menu for the coming days to include foods he will eat and make sure my family is satisfied also.  Here's my plan. It might be useful to you when you are looking for a meatless menu.

Breakfast - cereal, fruit, oatmeal, French Toast Casserole, muffins, eggs

Lunch - grilled cheese sandwiches, tomato soup, pbj sandwiches, pretzels, salad bar

Dinner - Spinach Ravioli Bake, salad, garlic bread
               Stuffed Crust Veggie Pizza
               Vegetable Soup and homemade bread
               Crock-pot mac and cheeseSpinach Squares

Desserts - Mtn Dew Pound Cake, Teresa's Cream Puff Dessert
