Broccoli Casserole
1 cup mayo
1 box chopped broccoli - thawed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 eggs
1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
1/2 cup Pepperidge Farm Stuffing
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion salt
Mix soup, eggs and mayo in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into baking dish. (I use a 9x13.) Sprinkle stuffing on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Would you mind telling me what size box of broccoli you use - I was guessing a small box but I saw it bakes in a 9x13 so I thought I should make sure! Thanks so much and Happy Thanksgiving!
ReplyDeleteI use a small box but this is one of those recipes where you can't go wrong. In the past I have had trouble finding boxes of chopped broccoli and have ended up using a larger bag of cut broccoli and the casserole was just as delicious. It works for me in a 9x13 but a smaller casserole dish works as well. Happy Thanksgiving!
