Falling for Fall - Revisited

Recently I gave you a little tour of my Fall/Halloween decorating.  (You can find it HERE.)

I wasn't completely satisfied with how the dining room looked so I decided to change it up a bit.  My  daughter and I decorated a Halloween Tree.  We used white lights and a strand of pumpkin lights.  The lights are festive and add a neat ambiance to the room. The kids have made lots of Halloween crafts over the years and the tree gives me a place to display them.

We made these "ghosts" using Tootsie Pops, Kleenex, and yarn.  They are easy and fun.  We will store them in our spider basket until time to hand them out to friends.

I picked up some candy corn and I'm using it around the house.  And my sister, the great finder of all things, showed me her jack o lantern bubble gum while I was visiting her and I just had to have some!  It's in the top dish.

Isn't that some cute gum?  So cute I almost don't want the kids to chew it!

Fall is my favorite time of year and I enjoy decorating for the season.  I am however on a budget here and I must keep the costs down.  I try to make things or use things we already have.  It would be easy to spend a boatload of money on cute fall decorations but I try not to do that.

Today we made some more ghosts to share with our friends.  This time we used Milano cookies, melted white chocolate, and mini chocolate chips.  They turned out really boo-tiful!

I'd love to see your Autumn projects.  Leave a comment with a link if you please!
