A Penny For Your Thoughts

Last night I wasn't able to sleep. a. wink.  Insomnia is becoming a problem.  Is it my forties?  Too much on the brain?  I don't know!  The problem was, around 10 p.m. I felt soooo tired but I had to push through because there was all kinds of work that had to be done.  By the time I could actually relax (midnight or so) my brain had reset and I was wide awake.  I saw the clock at 3 a.m. and again at 6:30 a.m.

Anywho...I used last night's episode of insomnia to give the blog a face lift for Fall.  I had been planning to update it a little and last night proved to be just the right time.

I know we've got a few weeks to go before the official start to Autumn but it's nice to have something done ahead of schedule.  (A rarity for me!)

    And I recommend Melatonin. It is not a drug. It is a chemical your body makes anyway. So its natural, with no side effects. It doesn't make you sleepy or feel groggy. It simply helps your body do what it should normally do to go to sleep. Also, if you go to bed earlier, before the second wind hits, you will sleep better. I know that is hard to do with things that need to be done around the home. It helps me to set the alarm to get up early and go on to bed. I will pray you get some good sleep. Lack of sleep makes a person go cuh-razy. Literally.
