Easter Wreath

Hey Howdy Hey!  Can you believe it's already hump day?  Have you had trouble making it up the hump this week?  Well, if you can make it through today it's down hill from here!  And Happy First Day of Spring!  Spring is here!  YAY!  :)

Do you like to use your weekends for projects?  I do!  If I can squeeze in a few minutes for some craft or household projects on the weekends I am a happy camper.  Last weekend I knocked out several things on my project to do list.  One of the things I did was make a wreath for our front door.  I bought a grapevine wreath at Hobby Lobby and spray painted it with Krylon spray paint.  (It might have been a bit windy on Saturday and I might have gotten blue spray paint on the deck, and on the table, but that's not a big deal, right honey?)  I used my glue gun to add some flowers and Easter eggs and a bow I made with floral ribbon.  Easy peezy.

I purchased all of the supplies to make this wreath for less than $30.  This made me pretty happy considering the only pre-made Easter wreath I had seen that I even liked a tiny bit was $50.  You can save money making your own things and have fun too.

  2. Nice job! That looks so pretty. You should go get the supplies on sale after Easter so you can make one(s) to give or sell in the future.
